      I totally expected to have gyno issues with anadrol but I’m like 3 weeks in and none at all. Not really much water bloat either. I know it’s good shit because my strength and weight is going up and back pumps out of this world. But I had more issues on dbol that’s why I tried anadrol and it turns out I respond better to a harsher drug go figure. I’m up 17 lbs in about 3 weeks but I’m not water logged at all which is very surprising with that weight increase. I know it’s mainly water but I expected to be spilling over and looking like a blimp by now.

      Yeah 130/80 isnt too bad to worry much about. Really it's the 2nd number you want to watch.
      Not sure if you know but that bottom number is how much pressure is in the heart when deflated.

      Both #s are equally important brother.

      Top # is the systolic, aka the pressure your heart exerts during a contraction. This we ideally want between 110-120, but no lower than 100. 130-135 is decent with room for improvement. Once we start seeing regular readings of 140+ it’s a concern.

      The bottom # is the diastolic, aka the pressure your heart exerts during the relaxed (diastole) phase between heart beats. This we ideally want to see at 70-80, and no lower than 60.

      In the medical setting we’re taught that 120/80 is “normal” bp, so try not to exceed than, and ideally err on the lower side to give yourself a bit of wiggle room for bp boosting endeavors such as cycling and using stims.

      This was my bp reading last night. I’m also on 5mg amlodipine and 12.5mg Losartan. I’m 38, My diet is trash and I don’t do any cardio currently so the pills keep me healthy as a horse until I can make some lifestyle changes. No side effects at all either. My HR is usually lower around 70.

      Cialis will help some.
      i would also do HCTZ at 25mg per day.
      start lisenopril at 10mg daily
      and there is a naty supplement I've used called carditone that is sold at vitamin shoppe that works wonders for me. Drop my BP 7-10 pts on both sides daily.

      watch your sodium and make sure you are taking in adequate levels of potassium and over drink water. This all should help.
