always thought it did help and aid in fat loss.

It does help burn fat but it’s not something that will be extremely noticeable. Var works best when your body fat is already low.

Yeah, brother Micki, i think a lot of that is subjective to the individual user. But, it is an interesting view of most everything & is fairly accurate looking at quick-glance. I always enjoy hearing individual accounts, like your Halo comment, as I've never ran it so I'd have no clue.
