It's a good idea. I thought I was going slow, but a week wasn't long enough to get used to the compound. I had pitting edema (when you can push you thumb into the affected area and the depression stays) in my calves and feet the second week when I bumped it up. I had to let it clear my system and start over, low level for 2-3 weeks.

MK does make me hungry, so I think it's a help on a bulk.

I actually use it on tren cycles it helps me sleep. Maybe do half dose at night that may help. But we are all different so what works for one may not work for another

I started it tonight so I hope it helps me sleep. I probably should get checked for sleep apnea too.

On day 2 and it seemed to help. Slept so good I woke up after midnight thinking it was morning.

mK677 is one of those over rated things out there .
Not any we’re even close to the results you get from HGH. They schill the f out of it and say you need more time to see results and by time you see it does nothing you wasted most your cash.
Hgh works so much better on ever level mk is more for Natty guy then anything you get a little more strength and more meals in with MK.
But once again I think it helps for a natty guy more then a trt guy or cycle.
