I tried 12.5mg/day for a week, then bumped to 25mg/day, and that next week I had crazy water retention, blew up like a balloon, not in a good way. So I needed to ramp slow. Had to take 3 weeks off of it, then go back on at 12.5mg/day for 2-3 weeks, then bump to 25mg/day. Has been ok so far, but I think it depends on your diet also, can't be too carb heavy or you'll hold water.
Notice an increase in blood pressure from the quick spike in water retention?
