Been off gear since my last show. Wanted to work on body composition and drop weight classes. I've been a heavy weight for awhile. Now training for light heavy class. I think I dropped too much muscle as I dieted down, trained only 3x a week (light hearted), been on a hellacious travel schedule for the past 16 months. So losing size kinda worked in my favor. Was a mental fuck trip for sure. I absolutely despise my decision because I feel like a newbie haha. Everyone at the office likes me better like this including my wife. Although, I made a decision and going to follow through with the intended plan! Bound and determined to collect trophies in the light heavy. If your asking why I dropped out of the heavy division...easy...the competition is fierce in Light Heavy and isn't that why we compete? To push ourselves harder. In heavy I was always a shoe in for top 5. And now I'm over 40 the masters was a lock. I will probably get my ass kicked - but the drive to get better under 198 lbs and reigniting my passion for the sport is going to be AWESOME!!!!

I'm 6'1 48 chest, 33" waist, weigh 223 lbs.
*My stage weight while competing in Heavy Class was 205-212 lbs. leaner than any heavy weight out there. Trophies are won and lost by proper conditioning and coming in full and dry as hell. Most heavy weights never diet down enough and look flat for the most part. At least the Mid-West NPC bros. big as hell but nothing like being shredded and vascular on stage. Makes up for size anyday.

OK, now keep in mind I've done a variation of this cycle before with great results. The key now is to remain lean (through diet and cardio) but don't want any or limited water weight while building lean mass. NOT LOOKING TO GAIN TOO MUCH OVERALL SIZE. I'm already to close to heavy/light heavy weight class border line. So i have to be careful not to mass up too much.

CYCLE TO REVIEW:
Weeks 1-4
200mg Test Prop (EOD)


Weeks 5-12
250mg Test Sustenon (Mon & Thurs) @ 500mg/week


Weeks 1-10
150mg Tren Enanthate (Mon & Thurs) @ 300mg/week


Weeks 6-10
200mg EQ (Mon & Thurs) @ 400mg/week

PCT TREATMENT:
Clomid
Day 1 Post Cycle: Clomid @ 300mg
Days 2-14: Clomid @ 100mg ED
Days 15-28: Clomid @ 50mg ED


Nolva
Days 1-28: Nolva @ 25mg ED (1 tab)


HCG (5,000iu)
Weeks 10-12 while on cycle take 200iu EOD Mon-Fri.
Week 13-15 take 300iu daily Mon-Fri/Off weekends
