If you have to ask I say yes.
First stop everything!
Could be kidney failure.
You need to get your legs up ASAP at minimum.
I would plant my ass on the wall with my back on the floor.
Not sure if you have chest pain ?
You can talk to a pharmacist and try a OTC diuretic.
Continue water consumption to flush your system.
Keep us updated !
Only you know if its ER time.

Going on 3 weeks of this right?
Man, I’d come off of as much as u safely can. Not sure bout the Suboxone and it’s effects along with all u have been running. But it seems to me that it’s just way too much.
Too much fluid is not good. Gotta dump some of that water and who knows what ur electrolytes look like

I agree with both DWBO and Popeye. Like DWBO said Only YOU know if it's ER time bro, but it definitely sounds like a huge electrolyte imbalance with all of the cramping you're talking about. Get some Pedialyte,, Gatorade, or Powerade, and try to rehydrate while obviously watching the water retention. Personally I'd STOP MY CYCLE on the spot until I figured out what exactly is going on, because if it is the beginning stages of a kidney issue you definitely aren't doing yourself any favors by continuing, and with all of these issues I'd say the gains have already ceased anyway. Good luck bro and don't fuck around if you think you need to go to the ER then go to the ER, and when you get there TELL THEM what you've been doing its the only way they can make an accurate assessment of your condition. They aren't the social police they're there to help you, but they need the facts so don't fuck around.....Good Luck

I think ER visits with conversations consisting of PEDs lead to immediate judgment?
Its like adding insult to injury if you ask me.
Personally believe this is unfair as we are trying to better ourselves?
In this case Winstrol should have surpassed its half-life so, I believe something else is mitigating factor.
Fasting would be my first choice.
Take nothing if possible!
Gravity and time are the only uncontrollable constant.
Floating in a pool could increase the chances of a body finding homeostasis?
I don’t mean to grasp at straws but would a mammal need to sleep if their was no gravity?
The extreme example is how long can someone do a headstand before they feel flush?
Carnival rides were centrifugal force is an exaggeration of gravity does what?
Hope our brother has found better health.
Only a old man can make a ridiculous rant hijacking members time.

I've had Rhabdo multiple times and it is very serious. Hydration and electrolytes will be the elixer that saves your life usually. If it progresses and it usually does since most people like me don't even realize they have it end up in the ICU catheterized, emergency dialysis and constant I.V fluids to offset any kidney damage which is what Rhabdo directly effects. Winny in particular can cause Rhabdo so you definitely need to go to the hospital. Be honest with them so they can help you. My last time was with covid and pneumonia in the ICU for 10 days. Those calf muscle cramps turned into me physically not being able to walk or look up. I have some kidney damage now but for the most part bounced back fully. *Also and I'm sure you know how tren effects the kidneys. Let us know how it turns out

Schedule nephrology asap. eGFR w/ Cyctain C (give them body weight surface area). Do a 24-hr creatinine analysis to make sure with the blood draw creatinine. Save yourself the headache. Stop all supplements and start pounding water. Dont take this lightly.
