EQ minimum dose and duration you’d recommend
I know everyone responds differently to different compounds, but in your experience what’s the minimum dose and duration that you’d recommend running EQ. I’ve ran it before several times but usually at 700 mg a week or above and always for 16 weeks or more. I’m older now and just looking to do the minimum effective dose to hit the sweet spot between athletic and performance enhancement and minimal negative health markers. I would say 4-500 and 12 weeks minimum. 16-18 to get the most out of it.

If you go over to the steroid profile sub forum Freekshow wrote up a substantial article. 300-600 is recommended. I have heard people say it really shines at 1g a week and 12 week or longer runs.
Personally I couldn’t get past the anxiety it causes so I won’t run it again.

I appreciate the feedback, would you front load or just slow and steady wins the race. Based on what you’re all saying I’m probably going to run it at 500 mg PW for 16 weeks.

I’m not a fan of front loading, especially longer esters. EQ takes time, patience, but it’s worth it. It was hard on me at 800mg a week, you’ve got me wanting to try it at 400 and ride it out. I love the gains and hardness but it makes me ache. Maybe I was just running it too high in the past.

The older I get the more I feel like poop when I front load. If I am running 1.2 g a week and have to increase that too 2.4 for two weeks I feel gross. I think the slow buildup is better and more productive.

Yes, this right here.. a gram a week of test is great for gains but bro I drag ass.. old age I guess.
