I have a small lump now was planning on running nolvadex but sounds like I'm going to need either letro or raloxifene. Which is a better choice and am I good for a week (or however long it takes to get the letro here) while I run the nolvadex?

Ralox, since it does not crush your E2 while removing the lump. Make sure you get your E2 level checked and take an AI to keep it in the proper range.

Wow. Phenomenal information. I think a lot of times people go I to cycles unprepared, something happens then it becomes a 911 problem. Always have everything on hand before you start and research everything as well.

Look here for a protocol to use:

I prefer the use of SERMs, as others have said. I use Ralox, Tamox has some very bad interactions with Welbutrin, so anyone taking Welbutrin must avoid Tamox.

I have shamelessly ripped this off another board, but am going to credit the initial poster:

Tamoxifen: 40mg daily for one week. Then 20mg daily until gynecomastia is reversed.

Both protocols above will take time. This is not a 2 week process. Reversal will require patience. But it most certainly is effective, side-effect-free and cost incredibly effective when compared to surgery. Raloxifene is the superior compound today for reversing gynecomastia. It can be dosed on or off cycle at 60mg daily up to 80mg daily until your gynecomastia is reversed.

Thanks for the read. I got Nolva and Clomid for my PCT and Aromasin for my AI. Seems like i need some letro!

I used Letro in the past and I believe I had a lot of joint pain (in my knees in particular). The pain stopped about a week after getting off the letro.
