hey quick question. i haven't ran anything forever two years. I still have a little puffiness in the nips and actually can lactate still (FML). Thats why this thread is important. Anyways I'm about to start blasting again. Should i follow the protocol to rid the estrogen or just start 2 weeks before at normal dose of letro? thanks for the help!!!

Haven't had any gyni issues but I'm always looking to understand as much as I can about the anabolics and effects. Does gyno have more to die with dosage or more towards the way the body responds to anabolics in general

Both.

Side effects vary so much from person to person. Some guys get gyno on a TRT dose, while other guys can run a gram of test a week and have zero issues. This is why all first cycles should be test only with proper pre, mid and post cycle blookwork to see how your body reacts.

Different compounds give different results and side effects too. We need to learn our bodies before jumping in the deep end. Honestly this whole thing is a big human science experiment.

I'm in my early 40's and been working out my entire life just recently started taking steroids just out of curiosity and I love it. Especially the decca omg such a relief in my joints it's amazing. Right now I'm taking 1.5ml of test with 1ml of decca and .5 ml of Tren with no sides at all. Not looking to break any records just be able to work out regularly without forcing myself to be at the gym and also being able to actually lift like I did when I was much younger without the pain
