It’s different for everyone. Start low and build up until you find your capacity for that area.

I'm guessing you're only running test right now. I would say dilute it with the other compounds. Anything that's truly above 300mg per ml is very likely going to have pip. Try 1/2cc and see how it goes. You'll get better results splitting up your weekly mgs anyways. You're most likely experiencing when a pin runs. You pinned a bad spot with some harsh gear and now you can see redness where the oil travels. It's happened to me a decent amount of times. Recently I pinned ment in some built up scar tissue in my quad. The exact same thing happened to me. I knew pinning my quads was a bad idea in the first place because they've been pinned a lot over the years. You're going to have to lay off that area for a while. After a month or two press and feel that area. If it feels a little tight and harder than usual it might end up being a no pin zone from now on. Back to the question though. I highly doubt it's an infection. And it's not cellulitis. Hopefully you just hit a nerve or vessel which is easy to do in the glute. Or it could just be too much ml with that high mg gear. My guess is high mg gear in a spot with built up scar tissue. Dont use cold therapy. You want to thin out and help your body dissolve any Crystal's. Heat and message best you can. Heating pad, hot baths and message.

Woah...I've pinned a 400mg/ml test before and that can hurt like hell. I would mix it and pin every other day and still end up with big red almost rashes around wherever I injected. The hospital is going to say infection and give you some antibiotics to be safe, but I agree with Exo that's its probably just because of so much of a harsh mix going in at once. I think heat helped, but it was a long time ago and I only used 1 bottle to see how it went. I was too much of a bitch to get more.

So is it just the super concentrated Test 400 this is the issue, do you guys think I would have the same response with .5ml an injection

For hormone balance pinning ED or EOD is best. Keeps you level and stops the mass amounts of substance in one spot that can crystallize before absorption.

More than likely it is cellulitis developed from poor injection location, and more likely the gear was made improperly . It happens, even in pharmaceutical laboratories. I had a similar experience years ago with a very well known lab. Ice/heat and nsaids should heal you up.

I wouldn’t come on here and blame the lab. If it was that issue you would have half the board complaining if it is the brand I think it is.

I’m dealing with the same thing with hgh injections in my abdomen. Big welts, swollen, red n warm to touch. The dosage is correct, so I don’t understand how it’s happening. And, they’re only insulin needles
