there are 3 main causes for side effects at the injection site:
[1] infection: it would usually take more that 24 h before any symptoms. fever is VERY common. => to prevent: use sterile needle and syringe. Sterilize the vial with a liquid in a oven at 200-220 F for an hour. Place the vial(s) into room temperature (not preheated) oven, let it warm, then let it cool naturally. Otherwise, fast temperature change can cause the glass vial(s) to crack.
[2] contamination/decomposition: shows as a local swelling and pain within a few hours. The same effect happens, if you shoot short esters, such as acetates. If you have a high fever or your symptoms get worse, grab the fucking bottle and get a ride to an ER. Tell them the truth, and give them the bottle. They may put your on IV prednisolone (or antibiotic mix-depending on [2] or [1]) and save your sorry life.=> do not buy from this source/brand, and post on every blog what happened to you.
[3] you touched a nerve (sharp pain or twitching) or a blood vessel (bleeding). These usually heal after the needle is withdrawn.

9 times out of 10 doc will say it’s an infection even if it isn’t, i stopped pinning high dose test tren the pain is crippling, i made a few mistakes that fucked me up and scared me, i shot in triceps and hit the lymphatic system THAT was probably the worse. I tried to foam roll one to reduce pip and THAT was dumb. I mean i still have the awkward shot once in a while that i just can’t explainthe pain from like once i went ventrogluteal and couldn’t walk straight for 3 days…. Rule of thumb if it doesnt start getting better after 3 days it might be time to go visit a doc definitely could be an infection

This thread is enlightening to me .... in a couple ways. I am pinning 4 to 5 ml of this labs gear twice a week. 2ml Tren E and 2-3ml Test P. And I have had no issues at all, ever, with EXOs stuff. I think I am going to go back to smaller volume daily pins tho.
I have never tried the backfill slin pin method I see you guys talk about. That is also in my agenda.

If you have a red line or stripe at the injection site sounds like the needle was either reused or had some type of bacteria on it. I pin 3ml shots every week. 400mg per ml is a lot but it wouldn’t cause an infection just a knot or some pip. Honestly sounds like whatever was in the oil caused this. You said new source. Not trying to knock anyone but I try to stay with the same source. Been many years using the same source with no issues like this. Only thing would cause infection is dirty needle or unclean product. Also when using lots of mgs per ml warming it up can make an easier pin. I’ve never had to do this but I know guys who do.
