Severe pain
I did a glute injection of 2mls of test, and I have a big lump severe pain down my leg and a red mark from my cheek down to the back of my knee, this is the first time this has happened, I’ve used a heat pad and ice but the pain is crazy

If there wasn't the red mark from your cheek to your knee, I'd guess the lump and pain to be from the 2ml volume, and possibly injected into a favorite injection spot. Too much gear in the same spot too soon. With the red mark going down from cheek to knee, you might should go see a Doc

Went to the hospital, they think it’s and infection I don’t understand how. I’ve never had an issue but this is my first time using the new sources test 400

It’s hit and miss with some of these test 400 .some give a lot of pip some none..2ml test 400 in one shot is a lot

I’ll bet it’s not an infection. More likely, too much oil, particularly at that potency.

Occasionally I have put that much in a pin. Running mast, test, and NPP. I will run test at 1200, mast at 6-800, and NPP at 6-800. 3 pins a week at 800 each if I can find NPP 200.

800mg in 2ml is to much at one time for 90% of guys. i'm going to suggest split that in to two times per week
to me it sounds like you hit a vessel or nerve which can swell up and hurt pretty bad. throw in high mg in low volume pip and you got a winner.
-make sure to stay out of that glute for 4-6 weeks
-always aspirate
-if uncomfortable pull out and change needle tip and move over one inch (i just did this yesterday)
infection is last resort as by default gear when made right/normal, has chems in it that kill all the bacteria and continue to set in the chems. of course made with high heat and filtering process and all that even further the case. and one can assume your doing everything right on your end. however a user can still make the slightest unnoticeable mistake
