What can you inject for slight bicep enhancement I heard rich piana did a lot of synthetic oil in his muscles Anyone know what it’s called and we’re yo get some?

Igf is supposed to give good site gain, intjected into muscle immediately after training. Other than that is synthol.. I have no experience or knowledge with it though.

Before going to synthol try igf like mentioned above
You can also try inject aminos. Try pinning in each bicep before training
