      trying to get things dialed in with mast on trt

      So aside from my version of trt/cruise which is 200mg/wk test-e along with 125mg/wk nandrolone, I recently decided to include 100mg/wk of mast-e... And mentally speaking the effects are fantastic, I haven't felt this solidified and unbothered in ages it's great, the only drawback I'm noticing is even though we know mast doesn't block estrogen in the traditional sense of an anti-estrogen, it does bind with estrogen receptors to block effects of estrogen so my left shoulder is really taking a horrific hit and though strength is increasing and I'm taking things slow I realize I won't be able to train the same way I'm usually accustomed to... Physique wise and strength wise things are great, but I love it moreso for the mental benefits the most!

      So my options are, halve the dosage down to 50mg/wk of mast-e and see if that doesn't abate things, or if I really wanted to keep the mast at the 100mg/wk mark I'd have to up the test to bring back in a bit more estrogen into circulation... But that might also negate the present benefits as well... Really hard to decipher because it's all based on one's own personal symptomology and not everyone's body responds the same way to things. I've always aired on the side of the most positive benefits with the least amount of mg possible and really have discovered I can squeeze way more out of less whereas people can be taking significantly higher doses and for me that doesn't add anything more that makes it worth it (usually just more sides in that case).

      Just wanted to put this out there and garner from others thoughts on this. My own thoughts are that yes indeed mast is drying and therefore even though not directly eliminating estrogen by blocking some conversion and also binding with various receptor sites that's why I'm experiencing this new issue with my shoulder that didn't exist to such a great degree until now. Really sucks on the sense that I'm loving this mentally but physically I know I'm going to have to either lessen the dose or drop it altogether because upping the test would only be a short term possible bandaid and not something I could roll with for longer term.

      Update: Doubled my last dose of test (usually do 100mg 2x a week so the last shot was 200mg plus the last 100mg to put me at a 300mg total for the week) and the shoulder madness all but quickly dissipated, so that was a good quick fix and tells me that to stay on 200mg of test if I want to do mast it's probably going to have to be at only 50mg/wk as 100mg/wk either blocked enough test conversion to estrogen or blocked the estrogen receptor sites well enough to give me too dry of a shoulder. (noticed a significant improvement/attenuation on my push day today)

      Some may wonder as to how can I figure these things out so quickly.... my body responds almost same day to a substance no matter the ester, I never have "kick in" times, if I were to even inject say 50mg of tren-e I'd be a nutcase within a couple of hours and have no sleep tonight which is why I don't even touch that stuff, I wouldn't say I'm a hyper responder only that it only takes very little of any foreign substance and the moment I introduce it I'm able to perceive it effects and differences on my overall physiology/mentality. Also, just from the addition of that extra 100mg of test in conjunction with the mast, my strength has exploded, hitting numbers that I didn't expect in the least that completely seemingly came out of nowhere, and I'm 20 pounds under my previous peak bodyweight wise but crushing old PR's on the output end, so am really enjoying squeezing out so much from so little. I love my pain-free training days where I can push as most of the times if I run into funky zones I know not to test the waters and focus on higher reps with lighter weight, but when I can grind out the heavier weights and low reps (it's what I love doing) then that's what I'm going/gunning for!

      Further update: had to drop the mast altogether unfortunately.... no matter how much I lowered it, it just kept the joints aching, but it wasn't just pain-thresholds that are tolerable, it literally made some old haunting previous tears resurface and made me afraid I was about ready to re-tear some old stuff that had healed up.... Dropped the mast and everything is nice and buttery again. I get the same thing from all DHT compounds, looks like if I ever want the extra boost maybe in the future a little anavar as a pre-workout boost, elsewise any DHT derived steroid just really does a number on my joints and my body doesn't tolerate it... really sucks because I love what it does mentally and drive wise but I'd rather have my body's functionality and not having to worry as I near my top sets on my prime movements.

      Everybody's body isn't the same, but I've learned mine through trial and error with different compounds so figured I'd share what has happened to me as there might be others to stand to benefit from it.... And I'm pretty hard headed too and don't like to give up without giving a good go at things... on mast (even at lower dosages) everything felt arthritic, pain in wrist/hands, elbows, knees, shoulders, everything got super dry and creaky/painful, I loved the neurological stimulation and that extra on fire feeling to make weights seem lighter through that drive, even takes my grip strength up huge notches especially despite the increased pain levels.

      I'll choose buttery smooth joints though over feeling like I've aged beyond my years, so if you're on it and experiencing things just drop it, I played and tinked around with more test or more nandrolone with less mast but ultimately the mast just had to be dropped.
