First time experimenting with this: test prop 200 mg eod dianabol 10mg 3x daily dosed about 5 hrs apart 10mg nolva daily. Bulk diet im no rookie its on point. Taking plenty of water. Fish oil 1000mg 4x day. 1000mg vit-c 800iu vit-e with grapejuice directly after training and shake. Only shakes are morning and pwo trying to get protein from natural food sources. Gonna have blood work around week 4 check my liver kidney values and test levels. What else???
