I couldn't pin my quad... Pure craziness...
I let a doctor do a gravol shot in my quad... He fucked my leg up for a while... Next year he tried to do the same shit, told him to fuck himself, it's going in the delt..

Ive never had pip from test e before but everyone is different. If this is your first time hitting quads I wouldn't worry but if not I'd look to hit other spots. Good luck

I pin the outer portion of my quad and GTG.
You ought to see what it's like pinning a calve. That shit hurt for a week and a half.

You prob hit a main artery. They run down the sides of the legs.
Ibuprofen, a heat pad and a few days time and you will be fine.
Next time only hit the middle top of your quad / if the gear is ruff heat will help it smooth out and after pinning it the gear rub or rolling pin the inject site.
