10iu is way too high unless your name is Ronnie Coleman.
The 'average' bodybuilding dose of a serious competitor is around 5iu. (Still considered high in the average world)
Are you 5 days on, 2 days off??

He was only taking 10 iu to test the gh I believe he's running 2 iu..
