10 iu im delt 3 hours before test.
I know nothing about hgh but I do know ive been having crazy sides

Bro, back down those doses. GH is wicked awesome, but can cause wicked sides if not done correct. Try 2 iu daily 1&1 AM/PM.
also, your spike from injecting the 10iu the other day, did u feel it the following or next day profoundly? Anything wether it be sides or not, did you feel "it"

I dont know exactly what I felt but I felt good besides a bad headache the first day. I went into the gym sat and sun and just killed it I know partly placebo. But I kind of just knew my sides at night were not normal. Ill do what u say split am and pm shots thx
