Would absolutely love to be able to just go all out without worry about everything else... oh well, strength comes with time and now I've built up a great base of strength, just need to get the healing/recovery on board!
Out of the fun of things of course I've tried to ramp things up a bit, but say I increase by another 50-100% of my current dosages... well I don't get much more "usable" range out of it... because I'm already pushing my body's tolerability and throwing more strength on top of what I can't already use doesn't do much for me... So I'm just running 200 test 125 nandro and 2iu gh hoping to heal up, not gonna lie when I double things I get way greater output but honestly the long game of consistency and dedication has gotten may way further than when I used to blast my socks off, you could take me now and I'd outperform myself on way more, think most I ever did was around 2-3g of gear back years ago and that wouldn't even hold a candle to me now, but I believe that helped build the base and once you have a good base it doesn't require much to keep on keeping on.
I guess to kick it back to things... I'd say don't worry about big dosages, just what you can squeeze out of less... focus on consistency, showing up, food/eating, recovery/sleep, so long as you have something in the background doing extra work helping shuffle nutrients to building your body you're going to reap rewards, we don't have to do insane numbers to get the benefits, and you might find at lower dosages you avoid a lot of the side effects commonly reported!
