there's not a one size fits all answer as everyone is different and you'll have to find the sweet spot with it also things like different hormone levels can change how you respond.

good place to start is 30mg and if that does next to nothing then double it and do 60mg and so on.

you'll find you take to much and you'll have problems getting up which viagra can take care of but if you take way to much your never getting off, you could take enough viagra and Dapoxetine to go for hours.....been there.

I ran 30mg yesterday night around 730pm. Intercourse roughly around 11pm. Was my ejac delayed ? Sure, nothing super tremendous but was delayed enough and probably couldve lasted longer if I wanted to. Reengaged in intercourse around roughly 1230am, haha super quick that time. Will try 60mg next go around but so far, id rate it a 5 out of 10 for me.

Works good for me. The best is the ending. You need to take it about an hour before. It has a very short half life.

half like is stupid short, my understanding is 1.5 hours

The peaks in your system around an hour to about approximately two hours or so after taking. After that it’s all downhill. It was originally developed for an anti-depressant but they discovered that the half life was way too short so they began marketing it for premature ejaculation.
