Test results help
So I just some lab results in recently.
Looks like my blood is a little thick.
What are everyone's ways of lowering those or keeping them manageable?
I've tried blood donation and it doesn't seem to do much.
Are there any supplements or any idea anyone recommends?

Could be used for a thinner . Not sure how much it will thin the blood but is worth a shot . Then have another test done

Running a cruise dose right now.
200mg Test Cyp.
Was planning on running a higher cycle in a couple of weeks.
Usually get tested before hand to see where things are at.

I was in a tight spot once and the wife and I got a coupon in the mail for like $1100 each for a month of plasma donations.. second time I went in they denied me for thick blood, high protein. The nurse called me in and told me “I’m sorry, you are just too healthy..” I pointed out to all the crack heads and drunks and was like, really? You’ll take their plasma but not mine?? She was like, yeah, doesn’t make sense but we cannot take your blood anymore, proteins are just too high..
lmao.. she said I was in great shape though.
