I've been able to maintain the same scale weight, but the look and shape of the muscles (moreso the fullness) just isn't quite the same when just cruising. I'm assuming all the extra nitrogen retention, water weight fullness, etc directly into the muscles gives a much more full appearance and really makes things pump up big time... Without such, those aspects seem missing even though bodyweight I have maintained. Believe it or not I could easily just add creatine and gain 5-10 pounds of water weight on that alone without changing a thing diet wise, the only downside is creatine gives me mega cramps, and I'm talking cramps so hard it's almost on the verge of feeling like a strain so I've just removed such completely(and likewise don't get those cramps without it). I'm surprised more people don't utilize such because those 5-10 pounds of water can make a big difference in your output capacity, same thing goes for the bloat off of mk677, if it didn't turn my bowels to a race-track (way too many trips to the bathroom) I'd use such as well but don't due to the gastric motility issue it creates!
But that's awesome that you're able to keep what you've acquired from a cycle, I don't believe I lose everything coming off, but the difference between being on and off is extremely noticeable for sure, also in the capacity for exertion... Example: when on I am amplified my entire workout, I can keep pushing at a high level almost indefinitely, and even when I'm at the end and know that it's time to be done and the body needs its rest I'm still amplified and ready for more... vs when just cruising I'm lucky to make it through my first big 2 compound lifts, by the end of that 2nd compound lift I'm pretty toast on the exertion scale and am still able to get through my accessory work but my drive has definitely deflated by that point and I'm just continuing on via discipline alone and not neural drive.
