Are you sure it’s not one of those safety needles that goes back up in the syringe.

Lmao. Good point. When I was in my 20’s I had one of those syringes and thought I dropped the needle. I was looking all over the floor lol

Bro, if I thought I had a needle stuck in my ass I would have so much anxiety.. fuck. I would definitely try and dig it out myself though before going to the doctor..

Swear it's like my worst phobia, everytime after I pull out the syringe I look to make sure the needle is still attached... I'm wondering if you happened to suddenly flex or maybe had a muscle twinge? I've never had a needle break though I did have some funkiness doing a quad once where the whole muscle involuntarily contracted when I must've hit a nerve or something so now I stick primarily to delts as they're easy and I don't run into issues.
But for real, don't assume it magically popped out somehow and go get it checked! We usually don't feel the needle other than the initial poke as a lot of the times we're not feeling the needle whilst injecting only the pressure of oil accumulating at the injection site.

If it did happen that thing needs to come out.
I’m not quite sure how you’re able to sleep that night and not feel that thing digging around in there while you were walking, sitting or moving around in bed. Specially the end that broke off would caused tremendous pain. And if it is already the next day that site has already healed itself closed
If that thing is still in there I would be heading to the ER before it becomes some sterile abscess or something.

There is no way it’s in the glute without feeling pain! Come on OP was this just a mistake? One of those syringes where needle shoots back into plunger? The suspense is killing me
