Im gonna do 5 a day right now im at 3 I dont know if I should bump it yet my sides are pretty intense at night arms and hands go completely numb lol

At 3 ius for 6 months you will have good results more towards the leaner meaner side. I def believe u have to atleast run it that long to see your money pay off. Keep me updated brotha.
I was planning on running 3-5 iu for 8-12 months as soon as I get the dough.. But numb arms sounds crazy lol I always heard finger tips getting numb

Ya its frustrating I wake up alot sometimes my arm and hands numb aches a little too hopefully it will pass and ill get all the benefits
