Do you guys pin on the out side of the thigh or more towards the top on the side
I watched a YouTube video this dude was some soft pudgy kid he Pin'd it on the
outside the pin was horizontal? I tend to hit the meatiest part of my thigh its in-between vertical & horizontal
Vertical being ontop straight up and down
Horizontal being on the side parallel with the ground
Make sense?

Id pin the quad @45 degree with 5/8"-1" 25ga..maybe 23ga if gear is thick.
Yup definitely don't go 90 into the quad always hit a nerve every time

i always go 90
for IM injections you ALWAYS go 90 degrees into the muscle... it probably looked like he was going horizontal but he was going 90 degrees from where he was injecting which was the lateral quad if that makes sense... for ID injections like HGH you go in at a 45 degree angle to get into the skin. hope this helps.

I jam it straight in towards the outer part of the quad. Never had a problem. I've used 23x1 and 22x1.5 pins..
I pin the top right of my quad. @ 90 Hit a nerve Friday though. Dont happen to often.
