Recently just came back from a double injury (partial bi tear / tendinitis and a beat up labrum)
Got injured nov25th and didn't lift for 4 months..
Just started lifting in march and now back to all my weights except bench and bi's - cannot do any direct bi work or my bi will be tender and ache for days & no bench or atleast not more than 225
I wanted to start on a cycle of 500mg testE and maybe some var but don't know if it's too soon after coming back? I figure I might aswell to gain that muscle I lost back and ESP since I can't do heavy biceps anymore
