      500mg Test E is perfect, You could spike the prop at first 2 weeks. My nutrition banner will be up soon, so I will offer nutritional services.....I will tell you a little secret about JDB3....a long time ago, when JDB3 was a young highschooler, he weighed about 160lbs.(18 years old)....I have been upward around 235-237. I am now 224-226 at 10% 5'10.....what I am trying to tell you, is it can be done. I hate the term "hard gainer" ......you can take advantage of your metabolic rate by using certain intake of foods to your advantage, where other people would store it as more fat, you can use it differently . I am looking to compete heavyweight next year, so I am slowly raising caloric intake and adjusting macros so my carbo sources are far more than protein sources (in caloric terms). There is no telling where I would be, but I took nearly a year off due to stress and a lot of other shit. You have to learn what to eat and at the right times....and don't expect to stay lean all the time if you want to be a heavyweight (or light heavyweight) its gonna take some packing to get there....I personally never go above 14-15%, as I consider it excessive.       JD, now thats the info and stuff i like to hear!!! I am starting to see that nothing is impossible with gear and proper training. I love to see the changes man. And yeah, i never ever go above about that body fat. Everyone thinks you have to get fat to bulk. But it is possible to clean bulk!!!! I will be hitting you up once i see your banner bro!!!! And so do i just run the Test Prop the first 2 weeks then? and then just wait for the Test E to kick in? Or dont go beyond 2 weeks with it.

      Honestly Jdb go pro looks like a hard gainer.. I think he should live on white rice white potatoes and pizza lol for about 5 months! I would just smash heavy protein and heavy cals go pro and heavy ass carbs..

      hard gainer...lol, a term invented by Stuart McRobert....he has a different body composition and carbs can be increased, but with carefulness. Too many of the wrong carbs with sat fat creates the perfect environment for fat storage, despite having a high BMR. PAiN had an article called "10 reasons Stuart McRobert Can Go fuck himself....hold on I will post link to thread

      I have watched an ecto prove that wrong.. I watched Matt porter blow the fuck up with a solid diet throughout the day and then before bed slammed a whole pizza or fast food with ice cream.. The guy is jacked.. Not saying its the best way but fat can always be cut later! Heavy cals is a necessity for body types like this.. Of course still need to have a moderately clean diet but throwing in a dirty meal a day will pack the necessary cals needed.

      absolutely, hell I eat pizza and shot all the time, but Im just saying your diet shouldn't be based off foods like this.....heavier carbs for go pro indeed, but basing it on fastfood or pizza would not be the most efficient. I can eat a whole pizza and be fine....or two big ass wing plates with fries...no prob! But, I don't make it my 7 oclock regular!
