      it might not seem like it to you but you I can definitely see the difference in your chest and shoulders. You havent been on long at all, so its working for sure. my metabolism was stupid high in my early 20s and there was no way i could gain while eating clean with the amount of exercise i was getting. I started eating 6 clean bodybuilder style meals, lots of veggies, then throw tons of ice cream, peanut butter, pizza and burgers on top of it. had to at the time. then i ran a cycle and pretty much wasted it because i was too worried about eating too much and getting fat. Just go balls out for now and worry about being lean later. Looking forward to the next update.

      I thought about when i Drop the Test Prop after the first 4-6 weeks upping the dose of Test E to 750mgs a week. Is this to much? OR a waste?

      I wouldnt use that high of Test E. If you can see gains at 500mgs then keep it at 500mgs. More isnt always better. I think 750mgs is to high for you brother.

      Your cycle is fine, except for the tren. 25mg eod is lite. given your supply, though, for me personally? I'd do:


      wk 1-12 test e - 400mg, 200mg x 2 ew (mon / thur)

      wk 1-12 tren a - 75mg ed

      wk 1-4 test p - 100-150mg eod



      if you don't change a thing, you will no doubt have a nice ride, but my point is.....why not beat that dog for all its worth. I mean, you got the right ingredients. and at 178 - you need to add some m(ass).



      The cycle I've listed is a favorite of a lot of people I know. The focus is really on the tren with (nearly 600mg ew) the test e dose is deliberately lower. The prop is the kicker (if you don't want to front load).

      The tren will really start to shine around week 4-5, giving you 7,8 explosive weeks of good, dry gain that will stay with you once the cycle ends.

      The enanthate is a helper and added bonus, plus, you really always need test in a tren mix.

      to make things a bit easier, you could go 150mg eod with the tren since acetate is really a 2 day ester so you could just pin the enanthate and acetate together. but most people with tell you to pin tren a everyday.


      whatever you do, 50mg of tren a eod is really on the lite side, but then, I don't know your cycle history. in fact, everything I have said is predicated on the fact you have 4, maybe 5 cycles under your belt.


      At 178, my biggest suggestion is......EAT. Skinny like you are, my guess is you prob have a fast metabolism. need to up the caloric intake by about 1500-2000 cals beyond maintenance level. Tren needs to be fed, escpecially for someone with a fast metabolism.

      get a least 1-1.5 grams of good protein per lb. of body weight in each day.




      Aside from that, the only thing I can suggest is - dood, do your dishes, man. They are stacking up.

      LOL, did the dishes. it was a crazy week!! I have only 2 other cycles under my belt thats why i am keeping the tren low. And its the first time i have ever ran teen. SO i am just wanting to see the sides it gives before i go blasting it. But that sounds like and awesome run and cycle. Might try that one of these cycles in the future!!!       thanks for the update. yeah, that changes things. you aren't ready for tren. don't do it such an injustice with low doses. it deserves better. drop the tren all together. up the test e to 600. but save your tren.


      and, you 1st tren cycle will be similar to what I have outlined, but a 1st date with tren is always 50mg ed. and, the test overall weekly dosage needs to be below the tren's. get 2 more good 12 week cycles in and then do as I suggest. you will thank me later.

      Cool sounds good, already dropped the Tren last week. and upped the Test E a lil. Would it make sense to run the Test Prop any longer that the 4-6 weeks i was planning? Or just save it for another cycle and just run the Test E?

      Just made some fucking bomb food out of the left over groceries i had laying around. Its not a complete meal but this is the main course. Had a glass of milk, 1/4 cup peanut butter, 1 cup rice, and a bowl of ice cream with a shot of Test E to top it off!!!! Yummmmmm.
