      Routine suggestions.

      Okay i like doing deadlifts on upper body days for back because they
      Don't do much for my hams/glutes. And I dont want to replace barbell rows
      On day 1 so where could I move deadlifts to and in what order in the routine
      Should they be done?

      I like to move my weakest part to the very beginning of any day for obvious reasons. For example: my biceps are lagging... i will hit those first...So try that. That routine seems ok, I like the old standard routine splits. If I ain't broke don't fix it. But I do like a change up every once in awhile.

      The only part of upper body that deadlifts should effect are traps and biceps If your doing em wrong.

      i change mine about every 2 months. im no profesional the way i want to be but for me every time i switch im sore for the first week of the new routine

      That exact routine is on my to do list . Have it narrowed down between phul and phat by layne Norton . Phat seems to be to much volume . Keep us posted on your progress .
