      Do Your Research before you PIN, not do what your bro science brother says!!!

      I am seeing more and more young bro's and even go as far to say older folks all over the boards posting ridiculous first cycles or a cry for help as they didn't cycle with all necessary material and the one that breaks my heart the most is those who DON'T PCT and literally on the verge of suicide.

      Before I took my first leap to the dark side I spent three months of research and not just bro science but scientifically research that confirmed or denied my suspicion or what I was being told. As much as we might all play around with each other about our mistakes and achievements many don't realize how serious this is and if we knew now then we wouldn't have had to experience hardship. Even after I did all my research I still didn’t nor do I think I will ever have ever enough knowledge to this game we all love to play. We can never stop learning, never stop growing and can never become so self full of pride that we think we can give anyone advice. Everyone’s body is a phenomenon, no two are the same. May be similar but never the same. With that being said you have to do research on your own and not be sole dependent upon board members to help guide you to a perfect cycle. Research not only includes online searches, but also blood work, talking with a doctor about your current health issues and what may or could happen if you elevate your test levels, blood levels, estro levels etc… NO I DON’T MEAN COME RIGHT OUT and tell your doc you’re going to Juice it up like it’s the end of the world. Simple carry on a casual conversation of OTC supplements your interested in that may cause some but not limited to some of the above to elevate or decline possibly. Usually they will give a generic answer and then you have to be forth coming with them and say thanks doc for the typical answer now give me the advice on what I need to do to keep these in normal range because I am still going to do it. After you bring them back to reality and they know they’re not going to make their quick money off of you, they will take time out to educate you on your bodies need through the BLOOD WORK you had done. This research IMO is about 80% of what you will need to be successful during cycle and the rest is type of items to run, on cycle and post cycle support of which will come from some of the vets.

      Now with that being said, WHO ARE YOU GETTING YOUR BRO SCIENCE FROM? Is it Uncle Al down the street that wears Gold’s Gym strapless shirt and crouch hugging shorts, or from the guy at the gym you just meet who is probably a cop, or your buddy that just learned the acronym AAS meant last week? Sorry had to go off on that one. Be very, very, very, did I say very careful who you get your advice from. Like I said it took me three months before I started my first cycle even though I had all the materials. I researched through DOC reports, scientific knowledge and then bro science by those who were well known, respected and had wrote articles on our game.
      NOTE: STICKY ‘S ARE AMAZING, JUST SAYING!!!
      I also want to point out to jump off topic a bit but not too far, you must research where you are who you are getting your goods from. I highly recommend for a first, second, third you go through reliable resources that have been tried and tested by again science (this mean labs), that again performed by trusted members and not by a rep or as I call them undercover reps. Try to see if a MOD, Admin or as stated trusted member has posted lab results or verified the validity of a source. If no lab results then you have to begin to question the validity of that source. Knowing what you’re pumping into your body is just as important as the research needed to get you to the first pin.
      Same to be said with diet and routine, you have to figure out your goals for the cycle and then orient your training and eating plan to maximize and achieve those goals. Don’t say you’re going to do a lean bulk or something along those lines. Some may blow you in place for that as there is no such thing. Either you’re going to bulk or cut, no in between IMHO. This is just me though. Get your goals set, figure out what you need to eat, what time, how often and how much. Look at a variety of workout routines, bounce it off of us and let two, three etc… minds come together and figure out what is best for you and your lifestyle. Most of us will never be pro BB, athletes, power lifters but just the average Joe trying to achieve beast mode. Figure out how you’re going to achieve your goals based upon the time you have available as well as your diet based upon your budget.

      Take your time with this game; it’s a marathon not a sprint. You sprint every single cycle and I can assure you want finish a long life marathon. “The Good Die Young” is over rated if you ask me and your families want to enjoy you too.

      I hope some of this helps some folks to slow down, see the light and DO RESEARCH. Just ask any of us vets about the wish to take back some of the early mistakes we made and everyone will tell I wish I had done this and this and that.

      Finally you have done all your research, you have good quality gear, prep that meaty spot up and pin the lighting nectar into your veins have fun on your cycle. While on your cycle ensure your steal getting bloods ran, preferably after a month into the cycle and throughout depended upon how long your cycle is. Keep a watch your BP, vital signs, estro levels and other bloods that will determine how your body is responding to the compounds your running. Also if you run into sides or have a negative response come back on bloods because of your research and your ability to reach out to friends here can up dosage or lower dosages, AI or have to add in an emergency compound to negate an issue. Again have fun, JUST DO YOUR RESEARCH!!!

      i love when I get pms like "hey what will masteron do to me and what are the side effects" "is 300mg a week too much"......I just dont understand.....there are tons of stickies, there is even an "anabolics" thread you can actually post questions...and...AND, you can even scroll down and look at other peoples questions!
