My chest has been soo bad! I had around 16 Big pussy pimples. THey were all between my Pecs.
I went to the doctor and they gave me Doxycycline Hyclate
and Gave me this type of cream to put on it every night before i go to bed.
The best advice i can give you is use neutrogeana body wash with the sandy bits in it. I use it everyday and then clean area several times a day with prep pads!!
I break out too badddllyyy... I exfoliate my entire body befre I shower.. tea tree wash too, and i just recently picked up benzyl something prox... I don't remember what its called... I'll show you once I'm in my room again... Honestly I've noticed a HUGE difference in the last two days of using it!! And like I break out like a 13year old who just hit puberty! I used it on my chest and back too!!
I use this body wash with Benzoyl and face wash with Salicylic acid my Dermatologist gave me. He also gave me this body spray with Glycolic acid and Salicylic in it plus Clindamycin to put on after the routine. Withing a week every breakout was gone... I can hook you guys up with his kits. I think I paid like $80 or something for the Face wash, Body wash and spray then $70 from Pharmacy for the Clindamycin well worth every penny and It last a long time..

thats all you really need .... and i use bared soap as well... i stay away from gels. and i use spectro on my entire body! and tan!
I have used this stuff for the past 2 years and it seems to work great for me. Give this a shot before spending BIG
bucks on other stuff. Save those BIG bucks for gear. Lol! I hope this helps brother!
