Thread: Anyone pin lats?

I don't feel as crazy anymore for asking....

I use slins too delts, bis and quads...works for me...lats...interesting...

id like to try some new places, not sure I can do lats, they're big but id have to hear more

It's gotta be better than calves!

Lats hold a lot and are easy to hit. You guys should give it a try. 3 ml are no problem. It's a good alternative for those who don't hit quads.

I have tried Bi's and Delts with 5/8" x 25. But the only way I would do Lats is if someone else hit it for me or I started taking yoga classess

My wife is a RN and will only pin my quads. She says your less likely to hit a nerve or blood vessel there.
