Anyone pin lats?
Just as the title says, I was wanting to know if anyone has or does. Pro and cons of it. Just looking for a new site possibly. I know spotinjections.com shows how but I wanted some personal feedback.

That's actually what I was thinking "fuck that" but I didn't know if it was as painful and awkward as it sounds and would look. I just asked because i saw that on spotinject yesterday.
I normal pin, Delts, Quad, Pec, Glute
