      DNP if for people who are obese I have extensive personal use with it, just experimenting. the shit works but like said before its brutal and takes alot of motivation to stay on it. I personally like the feel of it being hot that is but the lethargic side of it i hated. Also depend on what dnp you got powder or crystal forum and the supplier. I know one who is the best in the industry and he makes a amazing blend.....

      Listen to me. I tried DNP a few times, its something NOT to be messed around with. I'm pretty experienced with using my body as a chem lab and I didnt have any fear with anything when I was younger. It should NOT be for people who are obese because their respiratory system, nervous system and cardiovascular have to work 10x harder a. because they are obese and b. because they are on that chemical compound. If you don't keep yourself hydrated... and I mean at LEAST a gallon of water a day with electrolytes, start making out your will. And I would strongly advise anyone who entertains the idea of doing this... do it in the winter.

      And yes I got it from the best guy in the business and that's all he sells.

      I did it this stuff in the middle of kuwait and iraq in 130 deg weather, I know the chem compound well and when i say obese people i mean people who are fat and wanting to lose wait cause they cant get into the gym. its not that hard on your respiratory system if your not a moron and taking high amounts of it. also doing a ckd diet is negative you need carbs in order to make this work and people say you can eat whatever you want thats just bad advise you should still eat clean and eat clean carbs. drinking a gallon of water is really up to you i mean yes stay hydrated thats a must as it is with anything but you need to know your body and know how you act with chems and other shit i dnp make you retain water and make you appear flat. I have a huge write up on another board that i will find and post for you...

      I say respiratory system because was in great shape and I was constantly out of breath, and at times, it felt like I couldnt get enough oxygen in my lungs and I used the amount that was told to me, I would never take 1 mg more than what I should have.
      Its a strain on the heart and no way would I ever advise an obese person to take it.

      I love the stuff. 400mg a day for short 10 day cycles. Can still train and do cardio.

      Ive always thought why? While it is true as I have gotten older I have gotten more conservative I was far from that for many years. Ive used slin pretty extensively and done doses of various compounds I now look back and consider irresponsible. The thing with DNP is this, it doesnt have to be you that makes the mistake. One error, one lapse, one mistake by whom you get it from and you could have some serious problems. I always felt with say slin, any error or mistake would be at my own hand and was confident enough and would check and double check my dosing and my diet as well as have precautions in place to ensure I would be ok. You cant do this with DNP, it doesnt have to be your mistake that could cost you dearly. It just doesnt make sense to me when there are other safer options that are extremely effective. Honestly I consider it lazy & unnecessary. It really blows my mind that people risk it when this isnt even how they are paying their bills. Just my thoughts on DNP.

      DNP itself is not dangerous, trusting your source in capping it at the right dose is whats dangerous.

      OOH Lemme tell ya... DNP is interesting. I took DNP for weeks at a time only. I think it's hit or miss for some folks. When I took it, I started the first 2 days by making each cap at 100mg. The active life I believe is 36 hours. After 2 days I would take 200mg in the morning, and 100mg at night. I literally drank 1.5 gallons of water a day, whether it was paranoia or just being smart about it. I woke up 3 to 4 times a night to urinate, and I had towels by the side of my bed because I would soak my sheets with sweat. You want a fan blowing on your full blast!

      At one point I took T3, Clen and DNP because I figured 'hey why not'.... and experienced heart palpitations and nearly passed out. Never did that again.

      My advise don't be in a rush for results. If you take DNP, I personally think 300/400mg a day is enough with clean eating. Anything over that you're just putting yourself in the risk zone. Also, know the environments you'll be in throughout the week. If you're outside in heat, bring the dose down the morning BEFORE (36 hour active life remember).
      You do not want to overheat on this stuff.

      Last 2 tidbits here:
      When you eat carbs, your body will heat up from the ATP exchange in your body. You'll start to sweat more within about 10 minutes. I experienced this with both carbs and coffee (with non-dairy creamer.)
      Finally, get a powerful anti-oxident AND eye support. NAC and I believe Leutein should help, but it is NOT guaranteed.
      I have some vision issues in my left eye which I have to get corrected with lasers, I believe this may be from DNP and blood pressure from other supps.

      Be very careful, VERY patient. Clean eating > DNP any day. Consider T3 and clen instead perhaps.
      PS. ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOL WITH DNP!!!

      Or just say NO to DNP.
