      Last 2 tidbits here:
      When you eat carbs, your body will heat up from the ATP exchange in your body. You'll start to sweat more within about 10 minutes. I experienced this with both carbs and coffee (with non-dairy creamer.)
      Finally, get a powerful anti-oxident AND eye support. NAC and I believe Leutein should help, but it is NOT guaranteed.
      I have some vision issues in my left eye which I have to get corrected with lasers, I believe this may be from DNP and blood pressure from other supps.

      Be very careful, VERY patient. Clean eating > DNP any day. Consider T3 and clen instead perhaps.
      PS. ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOL WITH DNP!!!

      Or just say NO to DNP.
      Good Advice! Its a dangerous compound but like a lot of substances we use education/moderation is the key.

      I happen to like dnp with a few simple things you can make your run so much easier to deal with and some precautionary measures I did 400 mg a drams day and had really good results I lost about 30 pounds on a 21 day cycle I wasn't in a hurry took my time poured out a lot of sweat lol .I don't see the need to run high dosage on dnp I would say a good safe dose depending on how big the person is 400 to 600 . I been watching dnp threads everywhere and I keep wandering as u lose weight would that alone make it easier to overdose so as u lose wouldn't you have to readjust the dose I mean makes sense to me .or maybe I am just an idiot but I would think the lighter u get the easier you would overdose .my personal experience was fairly awesome I like it even the feeling like ass part

      Depending on the size of the caps you get are but most will be fine in the 500-750mg range. for me 750mg is on the upper limits. i get great results on 500mg and dont really feel the need to move up. i still feel good and have good energy and am able to workout just fine but sweat like a dog though. i wouldn't adjust my 500mg dose as my weight came down, i dont see it as needed for the short time on.

      When should one expect to see a rise in temperature? I was one 250mgs for 4 days, experienced no sides, so I bumped it up to 500mgs yesterday. My temperature has stayed steady at 98 degrees.

      I can feel it within 20 mins of consuming. Everyone is different though. If you don't feel anything on 200 plus mgs a day by the end of the 4th day I would question your supplier.

      Sounds like youve got some bunk shit. 250 mg is enough to cause you to sweat while eating if you eat enough carbs. I wake up sweaty once or twice a night similar to tren night sweats. Once you go to 500 mg for 3 days it's towel time. You might even find yourself breathing heavily while sitting in your ass at an office job. Another way to tell if you have legit dnp is to take it empty stomach; you will get nasty indigestion and nausea within 30 to 40 minutes.

      Bottom line, assume you have real dnp for safety reasons. Respect it like it's real. What i mean is, dnp builds up in your system as the half life is longer than 24hr. So you won't "feel" the full effect of an upped dose for 3 days! Stick to 500 for a solid week and if you still dont feel it up it again.

      Just one mans (experienced) opinion.
