Ive been running it for 2 weeks now week 1- 250, week 2- 500mg x 2 days then bumped it to 750mg for 3 days and yesterday 1000mg...I was uncomfortable as fuck. labored breathing...lethargic...but in those two tail end days of 750 and 1000mg day I went for 286.5 to today 277.9.
Supps-Vit c 3000mg a day, vit e, potassium gl, magnesium...I havent been tracking BF, I had knee surgery so during the holidays I ballooned up to 295...IM 6-2 so thats too much weight to carry for me...at 266-271 IM hard and sit around 15%...so I would say at 295+ i was around 22% bloated and fat LOL
But I love it man...its not for everyone thats for sure...its about dosing and IQ...if your a fucktard-you can def fuck yourself up and die.
SO thats my DNP experience...255# is the goal...
I will be running another 3-4 weeks, IM dropping down to 500 day...winter here in CA at 500mg its tolerable-you adjust to the sides slightly...
