      Sounds like youve got some bunk shit. 250 mg is enough to cause you to sweat while eating if you eat enough carbs. I wake up sweaty once or twice a night similar to tren night sweats. Once you go to 500 mg for 3 days it's towel time. You might even find yourself breathing heavily while sitting in your ass at an office job. Another way to tell if you have legit dnp is to take it empty stomach; you will get nasty indigestion and nausea within 30 to 40 minutes.

      Bottom line, assume you have real dnp for safety reasons. Respect it like it's real. What i mean is, dnp builds up in your system as the half life is longer than 24hr. So you won't "feel" the full effect of an upped dose for 3 days! Stick to 500 for a solid week and if you still dont feel it up it again.

      Just one mans (experienced) opinion.

      Ive been running it for 2 weeks now week 1- 250, week 2- 500mg x 2 days then bumped it to 750mg for 3 days and yesterday 1000mg...I was uncomfortable as fuck. labored breathing...lethargic...but in those two tail end days of 750 and 1000mg day I went for 286.5 to today 277.9.
      Supps-Vit c 3000mg a day, vit e, potassium gl, magnesium...I havent been tracking BF, I had knee surgery so during the holidays I ballooned up to 295...IM 6-2 so thats too much weight to carry for me...at 266-271 IM hard and sit around 15%...so I would say at 295+ i was around 22% bloated and fat LOL

      But I love it man...its not for everyone thats for sure...its about dosing and IQ...if your a fucktard-you can def fuck yourself up and die.

      SO thats my DNP experience...255# is the goal...

      I will be running another 3-4 weeks, IM dropping down to 500 day...winter here in CA at 500mg its tolerable-you adjust to the sides slightly...

      Right on ....... so true dnp is only dangerous if you are an imcile although 750 was plenty for me....on 750 struggled to go one level of stairs

      agreed on the 750..i finished up only days ago..very effective dose, I did feel I could go higher.. thou its very hard on just the 750 to carry on with life.. I stayed home. so easy as!! v8 juice is great as is frozen pineapple chunks.. its damn hot here....

      ive read a good article on dnp.. its a 8 day high dose...5 days off to reset yourself then go again at that high dose.. at the time I tried that version, I didn't go over 500mgs. it was a ok cycle.. yet at your weight 2 x 750mg bursts with that 5 day break would be highly effective. i see so many low dose longer term cycles of it. from wat I read they aint that great.. great for eating shit and not getting fatter but not the best for fast fatloss. plus the anabolic rebound effect would be incredible.

      go to basskillersonline.com look at the 7 day cycle. its a great read.. the three day lead up and the following three days post cycle is where the majic happens.. I followed this cycle and lost a geat deal of fat, perhaps some muscle, I only just finished and havnt quite recovered to get the full result. cant seem to hold a pump for long after my first week back at the gym..thou strength isn't far off, that is to be expected, I took a week off weight training, most juice and peps and did my cardio sweating with the mrs.. nice to have a half time breaks and change sides... . my face is so lean. veins are popping and I can see where my dick joins my body again, so that's nice to watch the mrs do her fine work!! fuk, im even tying my own shoes... I aint as big as I was 6 months ago, so dropping of 6kgs in total is a great result in the 14 days .. now 102kgs and climbing.
