You have to find the right balance with t3. It makes me flat if I take to much.

I have to call some bull shit on that article, no disrespect to the OP. This report makes t3 seem like a cure all for loosing fat for everyone and I hate that!
This report assumes that the user has normal thyroid production, most body builders do not. Stimulating your thyroid is more involved than just taking extra t3. If you do not have enough iodine and tyrosine in your diet for example, your thyroid production will be low. Your age, diet, cardio, sleeping patterns, etc all play a role in this.
If you are fat please do not look at t3 as a miracle drug to help you loose weight. It could potentially make you gain weight long term. If you are dieting down, carb depleting, etc this is NOT for most of you at all.
I would NEVER recommend a newbie start at 100 mcg a day and this is the one drug that I will absolutely tell everyone that more is not better at all! You can absolutely cause hyperthyroidism which could lead to a thyroid storm and could lead to death. Adrenal fatigue is real and IMHO is the ultimate result of supplementing t3. Too much t3 can cause catabolism. Half lives are are in the 5-7 day range so you really need to take that into account. You need to be more baseline yourself before you play around with this.
I take synthroid and have for about 10 yrs. I blame too much t3 before my last competition 11 yrs ago for causing this. Since then I have become so much more aware of the things that contribute to thyroid production. I have found that if everything else is right, 25mcg is all I ever really needed and even then a few days on and a few days off works better. I can lean my wife out in a matter of a month with as little as 10 mcg, if she pays attention to the big picture.
What I am trying to paint a picture of is this to anyone reading: Simply taking a bunch of t3 is not going to make you lean or make you loose weight. I see too many of you take anything you can get your hands on to try to short cut hard work. This article fails to tell you about the dangers and that's going to cause some of you major issues.
