A lot of people tend to blindly subscribe and prescribe taking it am and the pre workout, but with longer half lives and how (in my understanding) how hormones WORK this is most psychosomatic.

Not sure how having this at best peaked in the blood during the stimuli of protein synthesis through breakdown is necessarily better than say, during sleep or feeding throughout the day
