I have a question, on another thread a guy posted that vitamin E goes very well with HCG. My question is since HCG comes in powder form could you just add an injectable vitamin E to the HCG powder and inject that? I have read that you can use injectable B12 with your HCG as well.

Is hcg best taken sub-q or im? I've done hcg recently both ways and it has been working, but I'm concern that I am wasting it one way or the other.
Over 40 noob here so forgive me for the question. Thanks in advance brothers.
