      Sharing yesterday insulin
      Workout hard legs finished 6 pm
      Post workout 5 ius hgh
      15 ius insulin novalin - r
      Had 50 gram whey protein isolate
      And 40gram carbohydrates dark matter supplement
      45 minutes 50 grams protein chicken
      40 gram carb brown rice
      1 hour later started to feel heat so had
      Half a ray simply sweet mashed potatoes which is 50 grams carbs and had 50 grams whey isolate
      Went out for movies had one protein bar
      Home at 1 am had the other half of mashed sweet potatoes 50 grams carbohydrates and 50 grams protein chicken breast
      And that's it I feel today waking up pumped and skin tight really

      You might want to have some simple carbs on hand in case you start to go hypo. You'll get a much quicker response with regards to minimize your going hypo
