Deca will hold more water weight which will make you look bigger. Npp will hold less weight but kicks in pretty fast. Deca takes 5-6 weeks to kick in . Im running NPP In may and for my winter Bulk im going to run Deca.

I don't like running letro unless its last resort that shit is strong man. Arom or adex is good unless lumps start to form then switch to letro.. Especially if ur trying to gain size letro will hurt your gains. Estrogen is needed
