At 450mg a week I had to eat like a horse and cut out cardio...I still shed weight.....I will add it went catabolic on me a bit, I lost some muscle...as soon as I added anadrol and started to eat lots of carbs i shed fat and muscles got full and gained again...so make sure to keep carbs , that's just my experience and I'm doing it again.
