1)TREN dosing

300-400mg/week no need for more it is just wreck-less and stuipid only exception to go higher would be for contest prep
Tren e 2xwk
Tren a ed or eod

2)Tren e
Gives me more night sweats although if I add mast to the mix I find tren sides are less and that goes for both esters.

3)Cycle length
Tren e 8-10 weeks
Tren a 6-8 weeks

4) Tren for comp use
Only use Tren a last 8 weeks of prep along with winny plus some test and increase dose of tren as comp gets closer stop tren 2 weeks out and replace with halo or up the winny dose once tren is dropped and oral winny only.
Comp prep cycle use
week1-2
Tren a 100mg 3xwk mon wed fri

week 3
Tren a 50mg ed

week 4
Tren a 75mg ed

week 5-6
Tren a 100mg ed

Stop 2 weeks out and add halo or up winny dose last 2 weeks reason is that sometimes it is hard to fill out with tren in your system.

use the above rules and you will get all you want from tren.

Extra advise
Always control your E2
Have caber on hand
If want more lean gain keep Test between 250-350mg/wk
When gunning for all out mass test can start at 500mg/wk and move up to as high as 1500mg/wk at these doses you will no doubt be on an AI plus caber you have been warned.
That’s a pretty solid guideline for how to use tren. As you know though it’s not a one size fits all so it should be noted that tho this guideline is great, it really depends on how the individual responds to the tren doses. However I do agree about the higher doses being used solely for contest prep and that most people have no reason to go over 400mg per week because it will get the job done granted that person is doing their job via diet, cardio & training.

One thing I’d like to also propose just for food for thought is the fact that one could use tren longer at a lower dosage granted their running the proper ancillaries as well as supplements to keep health markers in line. As well as getting blood work done to show if their able to continue to run tren longer then the 6-10 week duration (that seems to be a basic rule of thumb).

Now I’m not saying everyone can or should experiment with this. I’m just saying that used in a smart manner with a precautious approach one may be able to use tren longer and reap the great benefits it can bring without severely taxing their health
