57 year old. Gonna cycle. 1st in 10 years. Advice needed
Like it says 57. Training 40 years on and off. HRT for 13 years. 200mg cyp weekly. Bumped to 600 a few times lately for a week. Planning on doing a cycle of 600 cyp for two months or so. Been out of the gym but now 5 months training steady. Goal is regain some strength and size. Then back to my HRT dose and drop weight. Some joint and tendon pain with my age. I know my limits. Question is what to add with the test. Was thinking tren but hair is starting to thin, age again. Also had a small lump last time. Went away. Going to start soon. Maybe 300/week deca for joints and 4 weeks winstrol. Don't want the water weight of dbol. Don't want to raise my bp too much nor gain a ton of weight. Currently 5'-4, 202. 18 arms. Body fat 20%. I'd be happy at 180 10%. Maybe a master's contest in the future. Shooting for 160 if I do.
Anyone with rcperience please advise me. Never prone to side effects but age has me more cautious.
