      57 year old. Gonna cycle. 1st in 10 years. Advice needed

      Like it says 57. Training 40 years on and off. HRT for 13 years. 200mg cyp weekly. Bumped to 600 a few times lately for a week. Planning on doing a cycle of 600 cyp for two months or so. Been out of the gym but now 5 months training steady. Goal is regain some strength and size. Then back to my HRT dose and drop weight. Some joint and tendon pain with my age. I know my limits. Question is what to add with the test. Was thinking tren but hair is starting to thin, age again. Also had a small lump last time. Went away. Going to start soon. Maybe 300/week deca for joints and 4 weeks winstrol. Don't want the water weight of dbol. Don't want to raise my bp too much nor gain a ton of weight. Currently 5'-4, 202. 18 arms. Body fat 20%. I'd be happy at 180 10%. Maybe a master's contest in the future. Shooting for 160 if I do.
      Anyone with rcperience please advise me. Never prone to side effects but age has me more cautious.

      Welcome to the forum and you look excellent for your age and I wish you the best of luck in your endeavors.


      One thing of note and it's not a big thing. Some of us cover our faces. But that's because some of us are a little on the "shady side" at times. If your just using and building I don't think the po-po's will bother.

      I believe if you click EDIT on the post you do not like. You can remove the part consisting of [ATTACHMENT] or of that sort.

      Then reupload your pic after you blobbed out your face in Microsoft paint, etc.

      First, like Topsecret said, I'd edit those photos and cover your face. Second, I'd stop bumping the test up to 600 for a week here and there. That's gonna play hell on your body and other hormones. Your E is gonna climb when you do the 600 and what benefits are you looking for by bumping it up for that short of period then dropping it? Consistency is important. If your diet isn't in check then do that before you blast, no amount of gear will overcome a poor diet. If you decide to blast then try 5 to 600mgs of test a week for 8-10 weeks. Get your AI's in order before you up the dosage, high E is as bad, or worse, than low T. My opinion. Good luck.

      AI recommendations? Also I did the bumps to speed up the process if regaining some muscle. I've never done stupid crazy doses. Never really needed AI. Not taking chances at 57. I'd appreciate more feedback. My test is prescribed but I do want those pics gone. Cannot find a way to delete them. Again as far as AI. I'm not really experienced. Hypothetically what do people do with high test runs?
