      drug free genetic potential

It took me 5 years on and off training to truly be at my limit. Stated 128 lbs age 23
.Hit 180 at 30 as I took a few years off. I'd like to hear from others who've reach their natural limit. My advice to those in their teens and early 20s is to train at least 2 or 3 natural. The more years the better. You'll keep most of it as you age. Don't just jump on gear. Personally I get annoyed reading about guys who've been lifting a year or two and have done multiple cycles. Of course they make their choices and I'm ok with that but most of those quick gains will not last once you go drug free for a while.
If you stop training and go back to an unfit lifestyle you'll lose it all. I'd like your opinions and thoughts on this.

I don't condone the younger kids taking gear but it up to them. You waited until 30, good for you but if a kid wants to reach his full potential before he's too old to reap the benefits, then so be it.

I think there is more damage done by people who are trying to be 'natural' when they take every other enhancement known to man to try to mimic gear. TO me, taking handfuls of pro-hormones is worse on the body and its only for people who want to get an edge but are too afraid to try the real thing.

so totally agree! But! I seriously believe anyone under the age of 28ish shouldnt touch gear/hormones cause u can still make soooo much progress naturally just training the RIGHT way and eating good wholesome meals! Take advantage of nature's steroids calls puberty( i know 28?!) the endocrine system and bone plate growth can still be developing as late as i think age 25? (not 100%sure of age) This is my opinion tho... some will disagree some will agree...

I agree with everyone above people should lift a few years naturally before jumping on gear. You need to learn your body what food what training regime makes you grow best before being able to utilize gear to their fullest potential. I say that now but I only trained 3 years naturally but I started young looking back I should have waited but live and learn I can only share my experience to help others make the right decision. People should wait till at least 25 before starting unless you compete and are trying to make money doing fitness then I can see starting earlier. But I started at 18 no one should start that young. I'll be on trt most likely by the time I'm 30 for the rest of my life that's a big possibility when starting young and a big commitment people need to consider. Hope that helps someone.
Eat and lift like a monster become a monster.

I lifted weights since I was 13 years old. I didn't get really serious until high school. After high school I started competing in bodybuilding and powerlifting. I graduated at 155 lbs. (very lean) and over 20 years of lifting I made it all the way to 208 lbs. That was as big as I could get naturally and stalled out at that weight for many years, you could say I reached my genetic potential. I finally got into gear in my early 30's and pushed up into the 230's (lean). I think everyone should learn to train and eat properly for many years before jumping on AAS. Gear can make many people think they're training and eating properly because they're making gains, but as stated by Mark they won't be sustainable because the only reason you grew was the gear. The only way I would say someone should at least jump on test right away is if your test level is low, almost impossible to build muscle with low test.

Aside from short-circuiting your natural peaks of hormone production by introducing gear too soon, IMO there's just the simple point of "maturity" in learning how to eat, how to train, how to be patient, and passing by "temptations" (drinking / drugs (thinking particularly of those college years!) getting into gear, expecting to BE HYUGE in 3 months, etc.) and establishing the discipline that will make for a much better gear experience & results when you get there. Realizing it's the journey, not the destination. And as I've been preaching more & more in the gym, build your body and respect it it so when you hit your mid 40s, it doesn't just take a shit on you and fall apart because of all the "UP THE DOSE" and "GO BIG OR GO HOME" abuse you may have put it through in your younger years.

as far as gear and young age,

so be it, we got kids booting H, dying from fentanyl, raping thier serotonin glands on hallucinogens, binge drinking, popping pills.

if a young guy is going to thoroughly research and live the lifestyle, I'm all for it (just don't get more sexy than me, then I'm against it)

Very well put Brother. I'd rather start out slow low dose when administrating AAS and pyramid up let the body get used to the hormone or hormones rather than slam a gram a gear right from the get go. My take is just only use enough to elicit gains when you've plateaued then increase but only just enough to keep moving forward.
