It took me 5 years on and off training to truly be at my limit. Stated 128 lbs age 23
.Hit 180 at 30 as I took a few years off. I'd like to hear from others who've reach their natural limit. My advice to those in their teens and early 20s is to train at least 2 or 3 natural. The more years the better. You'll keep most of it as you age. Don't just jump on gear. Personally I get annoyed reading about guys who've been lifting a year or two and have done multiple cycles. Of course they make their choices and I'm ok with that but most of those quick gains will not last once you go drug free for a while.
If you stop training and go back to an unfit lifestyle you'll lose it all. I'd like your opinions and thoughts on this.
