so instead of creating another thread and clogging up the board I figured I would just add on to this one.
I ended the above run some time in July. It was a pretty decent run but definitely did not live up to the hype and expectations of what a lot of people have said about tren unless of course like stated earlier the gear was pretty underdosed. Ultimately I was happy with this run. My run consisted of 400 mast e and 300 test cyp a week for 12 weeks and 100 of tren ace every other day for ten weeks with Hdrol on the front end for 28 days at 50mgs every day.
i am strongly considering doing a very similar run to this with a board sponser’s gear primarily just for comparison. Current future plans are for around November and have laid it out to be:
weeks 1-12 test cyp at 250 a week
weeks 1-12 mast e at 400 a week
weeks 1-4(maybe 6) Adrol at 50(maybe upping to 100) a day
weeks 2-12 tren a at 100 every other day.(I may end this at week 10. Will assess while on)
All of the support supps are pretty much the same. Gunning for a nice lean bulk. After the last run I dieted down using the renaissance periodization fat loss templates and am looking to add some size back on to my frame. Would love to PR on all of my lifts as well.
Currently consuming about 2700 calories and will be slowly tapering up to 3700 calories as the run goes on and have switched my training from 5/3/1 to the juggernaut method which is somewhat similar. Been on it now for about 3 weeks. Didn’t experience many negative side affects from the last run except for chest tightness, reduced cardio capacity, and a lot of hair shedding. The GW didn’t do shit so I wound up dropping it about 4 weeks in. There was an increase in aggression and some slight insomnia but nothing major.
Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Maybe some more experienced users can chime in here. I will exclusively be using the dictators gear but if it is not treating me well I will abort and switch up to PL. I have three vials of the rip mix from PL and am pretty anxious to try them out as well. If I do switch it would be the rip mix ever other day at 1cc. Nervous about the PIP though. Wondering how bad the bite is. Never used test prop before.

Bump..... no takers? I posted pics from the end of the cycle and then my cut afterwards. Went from about 210 at the end of the run to about 185lbs at the end of the cut. I am really upset with the cut because I prefer to look like I did prior to it. Hoping to put the same size back on but try to keep the definition that I had dieted down to as well. Figured pics would help.
