It's dropping steadily each day now that I got off luckily. I was taking 80mg ED.
Good looking out. Does BPM have to do with blood pressure because constantly monitor this while doing cardio every day.

In my experience most studies showing var with low sides r done with low doses of var.
Like maybe 40mg/day but most lower doses, so obviously 100mg/day give or take u up your risks of negative sides severely.

Yeah I've been on 75 for like 3 weeks. I just ran 3.5 miles at a 8 minute pace my heart rate never went over 140. Maube this is a stupid question but is heart rate linked to blood pressure? Or do I need a BP monitor?

Maybe it was because you were at 80! That seems so high to me. Don't get me wrong, I'm not experienced at all with var, but from what I've read, 25mgs is plenty enough, and most are doing more than enough at 40mgs. I'm curious how your bp would be at 40mgs or even 25mgs during cycle? I'm about to start my first var cycle in May.
Bash - you totally answered a lot of my questions in that reply. Thanks for that!
I was planning on running 250mgs Test with 25mgs of var ed and see how the results are. I was contemplating on running 400-500mgs of eq, but I do want this to be a cutting cycle, so I may not run the eq. I have some great painless prop, so may run that instead of the enth. Either way, thanks for the info bash.

Considering your in good health increased heart rate should not increase blood pressure

Same happened to me, as soon as I'm on var, which is one of my favs my BP goes up to mild hypertension range.
Combine that with EQ or other blood volume based drugs and recipe for kidney issues

I agree with max and the others. Split the dose and do 25mg in the am and 25mg in afternoon. Due to half life time and trying to keep a steady level in the system a split dose would be best. Always is.
